For spots where mowers can’t reach—such as around mailboxes, trees, and mulch beds—we use weed whackers to achieve a polished finish. Finally, we inspect the property for any trash or debris, ensuring that all sidewalks, driveways, decks, and patios are cleared of sand and grass clippings. For an additional fee, Sullivan Lawn Service LLC will bag grass clippings.

Mulching & Edging

Sullivan Lawn Service LLC provides a variety of mulch services. On average, mulch beds should be refreshed every two years to maintain their appearance. We offer the option of delivering a specific amount of mulch or a full-service mulch installation, where we handle the placement for you. During installation, we use a technique called edging to redefine the mulch bed. Our edges are dug 3-4 inches deep, ensuring mulch will not spill out onto the grass and keeping the grass from growing into the mulch bed.

Aerating

Aerating by Sullivan Lawn Service LLC is one of the most important ways to establish a healthy lawn. This is the process of putting holes 3" - 4" deep into your lawn, allowing water, oxygen, fertilizers, and other nutrients to penetrate the soil and better reach the roots of your grass.
